Nikon just held their annual Small World Photomicrography Competition. It showcases some of the world's best photomicrography that many times lead to scientific and medical breakthroughs. More importantly, the images are incredible!
As captivating as this photo might be, it is a close up of two cancer cells. A simple reminder of how beauty can be so deadly.
